Terms & Conditions
- It is mandatory to consume the following ribbons on a quarterly basis, to avail facility of 3rd & 4th Year Warranty
- Previous Quarter Consumption of Full Panel Ribbons (800300-252HH) min 200 Nos.
- Previous Quarter Consumption of Half Panel Ribbon ( 800300-270HH or 800300-272HH) min 400 Nos, ( only 1 Printer Head offered by us based on printing )
- Previous Quarter Consumption of Monochrome Black Ribbon (800300-301HH) min 400 Nos
- Usage of Cleaning kit per 1000 cards is mandatory
- Consecutive business for the quarter on the quarter basis is essential
- If the above condition fulfilled by the client/ partner, back to base services will be provided by us
- Warranty will be valid Based on the Printing Test card
- Online Product Registration is Mandatory
- All supplies bills for said items are required to produce while claiming for Back to Base Free Services
- Post validation of Invoices and documents, within 72 hrs it will get resolved.
